Santa Rosa police investigate gang connection to hit-and-run accident

A hit-and-run involving a pedestrian on a Santa Rosa street Wednesday afternoon appears to have been an intentional, gang-related act, Santa Rosa police said. Around 4 p.m., officers learned that a group of people on foot had gotten into a confrontation with several people in an SUV, police said.
